Client Service and Digital Innovation Manager
This person will oversee customer experience strategy, develop and design customer experiences that enhance satisfaction and engagement and oversee digital marketing strategy and content development across multiple digital platforms.

Primary Role & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to initiate client experience action plans to enhance overall client experience in all touch points;
  • Connect company’s digital ecosystem to deliver client learning experiences to drive competitive differentiation for digital planform;
  • Assist in developing digital strategy and creative/content concepts;
  • Assist lead planners in developing between client and creative/client service team;
  • Assist in developing insights based on digital tools & research;
  • Develop internal creative briefs and feedback on optimizing creative solutions.
  • Help sell creative ideas to the client and align with outcomes;
  • Manage production schedule and budget;
  • Hire freelance crew as needed given the requirements of each individual project.


  • Bachelor or higher degree in Business Administration, marketing, digital marketing or a related field with good and consistent academic results.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in digital /online marketing, content marketing, creative production environment or equivalent work experience;
  • Proven work experience of launching innovative campaign for online products or services.

  • Working knowledge of advanced digital technology landscape including the power of data and user experience design and management;
  • Strong analytical and project management skill;
  • Excellent people management skills - ability to establish rapport and sound relationships within and outside the company;
  • Excellent time management skills - ability to work under pressure of deadlines on multiple projects & assignments.
