Learning & Development Advisor (Sales Consultant)

Primary Role & Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of the sales team to expand sales and marketing activities to achieve sales target;
  • Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings;
  • Manage sales and revenue growth for key account channel across all product categories as assigned;
  • Serve as a key player on Learning and Development project teams to include the management of all contractors, budgets and the efficient allocation of work;
  • Develop and apply technical expertise across adult learning theory and design principles for all learning and development projects;
  • Work collaboratively with clients and teams in the analysis, design, authoring and production of engaging and effective instructional materials;
  • Develop and provide recommendations for interface design, sequencing of instruction, use of assessments, and design of course materials and activities;
  • Develop and deliver presentations both in English & Thai;
  • Conduct meetings and briefings to clients, plan and coordinate interventions and follow-ups to meet project objectives and client's satisfaction;
  • Work with subject matter experts and identify target audience’s training needs;
  • Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts;
  • Be part of a high performing culture that values client service, freedom, and collaboration;
  • Manage and build relationship with all stakeholders both external and internal team.

Work Experience:

  • At least 3 years of working experience in management of sales and customers, project management with proven record of past success.


  • Bachelor or higher degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Arts, Communications or related field with good and consistent academic results.
