This person will be responsible for managing overall sales & account management, customer satisfaction and retention in order to achieve all sales fundamental activities and sales targets through the implementation of appropriate and unique sales & customer experience strategies. The ideal candidate will be required to build strong relationship with strategic clients and be able to identify needs and requirements to promote company’s solutions and ensure that client’s needs and expectations are met by the business.


Primary Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of sales and a team of client service & learning technology people;
  • Develop sales strategy for all accounts based on market needs, key account structure, competitive situation and company targets;
  • Manage sales and revenue growth for all channels across all product categories;
  • Develop and design customer experience strategy that enhance customer satisfaction and engagement;
  • Lead planners in developing between client and creative/client service team;
  • Work as part of the commercial team, managing relationship with company’s network & internal stakeholders to expand sales and marketing activities to fulfill customer's needs and achieve company sales targets;
  • Visit assigned accounts under monthly and weekly routing plan to strengthen relationship and to ensure all sales fundamental activities are achieved;
  • Monitor and maximize sales performance of the company.


Education:

  • Master degree in Business Administration, Economic, Management, Sales or Marketing Management or related field.


Work Experience:

  • At least 8 years of working experience in management of sales and customer experience with proven record of past success;
  • Experience in HR management, HROD or key account management will be a plus.

The Senior Consultant is responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating enterprise-wide, strategic, scalable Human Resource & organizational development solutions that drive organizational effectiveness and business success for clients e.g. performance management, talent management, succession planning, organizational & team effectiveness, organizational design, leadership development, learning solutions, culture, change and transformation. The senior consultant is also responsible for conducting, managing and reporting on research of intended subject matter according to business needs ad present findings to the management & clients.


Primary Role & Responsibilities:

  • Work as a project director or a team lead with executive consultant and account manager to diagnose, develop conceptual ideas and proposals to meet client's needs in leadership and organization development areas;
  • Develop and deliver presentations both in English & Thai;
  • Manage complex and/or large-scale organizational development projects to ensure leadership and organization development solutions meet client’s needs and are practical to implement and to execute of the project plan;
  • Conduct meetings and briefings to clients, plan and coordinate interventions and follow-ups to meet project objectives and client's satisfaction;
  • Coordinate with business management to determine research objectives and conduct detailed research and analyze the gathered data, document, report and present findings as a written report or oral presentation.
  • Manage and build relationship with all stakeholders both external and internal team;
  • Develop & supervise junior consultants and project coordinators to high performance.


Education:

  • Master degree in economics, strategic management or related field required, with good and consistent academic results in leading university;
  • Overseas graduate will be a strong plus.


Work Experience:

In this position, this person will be responsible for internal communication output within the Company and external communication programs and initiatives that will contribute to the overall corporate strategy and growth of Slingshot Group.

Primary Role & Responsibilities:

  • Create company literature and other forms of communication.
  • Create marketing and promotional materials, both print and electronic;
  • Copyedit, proofread, and revise communications;
  • Design and launch email marketing communications campaigns;
  • Recommend, implement and maintain site design and operation;
  • Work with business units to determine event budget and manage expenses to that budget;
  • Promote products and services through public relations initiatives;
  • Create and deliver media relations content, case studies, white papers, executive bios, corporate briefings, social media content, and speaking proposals;
