Job’s Roles & Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

  • Manage & coordinate day-to-day office operations routine administrative work of the HR & Operations department and special projects as assigned;


Assessment Management:

  • Develop procedures and manage online survey/ assessment administering processes & systems;
  • Contact business partners (overseas) to resolve issues, inquiries relating to online assessment and their systems;
  • Represent as the Assessment Specialist to provide consultancy to internal & external relating to online assessment methods, applications and systems;
  • Manage Assessment Center/partner information, knowledge materials in the company electronic system to ensure the information stay current and up-to-date and in systematic fashion;
  • Compile research information and statistics; gather and compute various data; prepare reports and summaries;
  • Manage HR Projects as assigned.


Education:

  • Bachelor degree or higher in Business Administration, HRM/HROD, Psychology or related fields with good and consistent academic results.


Work Experience:

  • Working experience in the assessment center in a university or HR consulting firm is a plus.


Personal Qualification:

  • Tactful and discrete when dealing with people at all levels;
  • Good attention to details and accuracy of work;

Business Development Manager is responsible for heading up expansion in new markets to improve market position and achieve financial growth.

Business Development Manager works cross-functionally with senior management level and internal colleagues e.g. delivery, marketing, and commercial team to increase sales opportunities and works with external parties e.g. trade organizations and embassies to find potential new customers, present to them, ultimately convert them into clients, and continue to grow business in the future.

Description

The Senior Consultant is responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating enterprise-wide, strategic, scalable Human Resource & organizational development solutions that drive organizational effectiveness and business success for clients e.g. performance management, talent management, succession planning, organizational & team effectiveness, organizational design, leadership development, learning solutions, culture, change and transformation.

Job’s Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Work as a project director or a team lead with executive consultant and account manager to diagnose, develop conceptual ideas and proposals to meet client's needs in leadership and organization development areas;
  • Develop and deliver presentations both in English & Thai;
  • Manage complex and/or large-scale organizational development projects to ensure leadership and organization development solutions meet client’s needs and are practical to implement and to execute of the project plan;
  • Conduct meetings and briefings to clients, plan and coordinate interventions and follow-ups to meet project objectives and client's satisfaction;
  • Manage and build relationship with all stakeholders both external and internal team;
  • Develop & supervise junior consultants and project coordinators to high performance.


Education:

  • Master degree in HR & Organizational Development, Strategic Management or related fields with good and consistent academic results (GPA not below 3.3) in leading university;
  • Overseas graduate will be a strong plus.


Work Experience:

  • A minimum 8 years of working experience in Consulting firm or in a corporate HR, emphasis in human resources and organizational development.
